Ok, Considering its similarity to Shadowrun, and related literature, I'm sure someone here has read the book I'm gonna describe. Please help me and ID it?

Main character is a hacker or decker or something.

Becomes an outlaw.

Gets illegal cybergoodies.

Has something similar to a sentient frame, or cyber pal. Like a Ally Spirit or something, but softwarewise you know?

Gets some kind of device filled with a knockout chemical, connects it to a sprinkler system pipe. It punctures the pipe, fills the system, and when he activates the sprinkler, knocks out everyone in the room.

Has a long stemmed white rose tatooed on his "Mr. Johnson"

Spreads a rumor about his tat.

Sends a long stemmed white rose to the investigator of his case.


What book is it I'm thinking of? One of you has to recognize it, please help!

the first five ones make me think of Case in William Gibson's Neuromancer. The other don't ring any bell at all.
