I ran across on on-line PC character creation website a while back and it was real good, even exported to HTML and such. Not a downloaded program or anything, just all clicking on the web page. This was about a year ago and I can't remember the name FFS.

For the life of me I can't google it or find links to it.

Anyone know anything about this site?

Was it SR3 or SR4? I recall one for SR3, but I can't remember the name either.

Have you tried looking in the "Shadowrun Webring"?
