...while I was attempting to archive messages in my inbox to free up space, I received an STML error message and that the operation could not be carried out. After leaving Personal Messenger to post my question here I realised that I should have the exact wording of the error and went back into the Messenger to recreate the error only to discover that every file in my inbox had been deleted.

I also have received no email at my registered email address with the inbox message files.

...just a little confused
