Hello
I'd like to know if it is possible to destroy an active focus in astral space either by astral combat, or by targeting it with a mana combat spell, like for example mana bolt. As far as I know, you can attack and destroy non-living astral forms, like a ward. What happens to an active focus if attacked in astral combat/by a mana combat spell? Is it then permanently destroyed? Disrupted? Does force add to the object 'body' value of the focus item? Thank you very much in advance. |

we don't particularly know, iirc. though we may or may not have something that specifically says that when a focus is defeated in some way, it is merely deactivated. not sure on that.

Any kind, as once they're active, they become dual-natured, don't they?

Well personally I'm not mean enough to rule that Foci are destroyed so I just rule that they are disrupted and have to be reactivated.
