Basically what the topic says; my friend who's joining my game is playing a Wiccan, and she wants an Owl Form spell; I just need some help coming up with owl stats.

The Oracle Owl (from 3rd) was awakened and had the following stats:
Q - 5 x 2 S - 1 C - 4 I - 3/6 W - 3 E - 6Z R - 5 However, it was awakened and had a ton of bonuses. I'll see if I can come up with something later. |

I would go with:
B - 1 A - 4 R - 3 S - 1 C - 3 I - 3 L - 1 W - 3 EDG - 1 ESS - 6 INIT - 6 IP - 2 Power: Flight How does that sound? |

Since owls are supposed to be able to routinely surprise high strung prey I'd humbly suggest Reaction 5 like the Oracle Owl. Mental stats won't matter for this. Lastly, they are a predator... if they dont have Natural Attack (Claws) then they need a higher strength.
