Pretty much what the topic is asking; if a free spirit has the Magician quality and can learn Spellcasting, what's keeping them from joining in on some ritual sorcery? Or, if they can join in, how would it work in terms of mechanics and rules?

They roll their magic rating + Ritual Spellcasting skill, like everyone else.

My guess would be that spirits follow a different magical tradition (Spirit Casting) than traditional magicians. So, take that into account.
