This video demonstrates what Improved Reflexes would look like if you were to see it in person. Notice the extreme speed and fluidity that in the context of a game I'd attribute to a physad's special refinement.

Once again you have found the true essence of Shadowrun.

Note that the physad toys mercilessly with his enemy, making sure to aim for the sword for several minutes before delivering the fatal wound.

And the foley work was incredible in this film.

And it seems that they were too poor to afford meat slammers so they went with the generic explosion sound every time someone got hit.
