Just a hunch, but they're probably in the process of changing DNS ownership and something went screwy. Happens, especially when it's not easy for their respective tech guys to talk one-on-one; the time difference is probably the biggest issue.

That different people in different areas are resolving the domain to different IPs definitely points to the aforementioned DNS issue. |
