I've got a simple and relatively easy challenge for you guys:
For this challenge you will be building a Special Forces NPC with unlimited resources and availability up to 40F...However to complete this challenge you will have to spend the least amount of nuyen while still being able to be combat, recon, and stealth effective (Defined as being able to avoid Average level Detection Devices and defeating Prof Rating 3+ NPC's). Here are the rules for characters and costs. Each character starts off with 4 in all 8 Attributes (3 Mag/Res if applicable) and 2 in Edge. Skills will start off at Rating 1. Pos/Neg Qualities will be allowed, however your limitation is max of 35 on each side. To build up from those ratings you will pay as if improving abilities/skills via karma. At the end of creation total the amount of karma you have spent and multiply it by 5,000. This is your total characters nuyen cost. (For gear, simply do the same as normal character generation, 1KP:5,000 nuyen) If I see some damn interesting characters, I may start up a game here using them :). |
