LAst I can recall Alice was 'living' in her own personal node called Wonderland in the Matrix. The question is, did she survive the Crash 2.0?

I asked Rob about both Alice and CC, shortly after System Failure was released. I don't recall his exact answer, but what he said made me think that their story will be updated in either Unwired or the "Unnamed Plot Book". I need to emphasise that this was just my impression; I could be wrong.
