I was wondering how hard it would be for a corp to issue a new single use sin? I would think it would be a matter of a few clicks from the HR department and thank you MR . J. Smith, its been nice making you today.

If the corp has extraterritoriality, it's about as difficult as it is when… well, when they do it when someone is born. Probably not quite that simple, but same general idea. For non-extraterritorial corps, it's probably harder (since they can't make someone a citizen of the corp).
