As someone on another forum put it: Emergence is less of a traditional campaign (with adventures/set pieces fully mapped out) and more of a "campaign framework". It details a number of events that take place all over the Sixth World in later 2069 through to the end of 2070 (which means Runner Havens is chronologically set/posted almost halfway through). Adventure seeds and plot outlines are provided to ground such events in the day to day business of shadowrunning.
