One Punch speaks Mandrin as a native language and an accented version of English.
Those who have heard of him know that he is an expert Unarmed Fighter and Archer oddly enough. Some might recognize him from the pit fights that has participated in, as he's pretty well known in that circle. Those who've worked with him know that he is typically a quiet and collected fighter, spots the occasional quip or light hearted comment. He can be pushed too far and that is were things have a habit of getting messy. |

An Shui speaks native English, fluent Cantonese & a bit of Mandarin.
He has a reputation of being unwavering in regards to his personal code of honor. This makes him an oddity on the streets where everyone has a price. Despite this defect, he can be counted on by his team mates even in the worst of circumstances. |

@All in post
John's kind of a take charge kind of guy. Here's a leadership test to see if he ruffled anyone's feathers. Do with it what you like. Cha+Leadership+First Impression # dice 13 :: 6 2 2 4 1 6 3 6 6 4 5 3 4 -- 5 hits @Toras Don't mean to railroad One-Punch here. If you want him to do something that can't fit within my post, I'll edit accordingly. Let me know. @All In addition to the language deals above it is known that Goat is a shrewd negotiator, competent tactician and decent, if slow, gunfighter. It's also well known that he knows a lot about Hong Kong KE and, if you have worked for the Red Dragon Triad or are a particularly avid newshound, that he is a former KE officer. |

Redjack: Actually, there are two problems:
1) The rolls are reserved. I'll make them and tell you what you see. 2) Elf? What elf? Pragma: How the other players handle it is their decision. As for the Johnsons, they don't seem to be too ruffled; you are pros and they are asking for an ugly job. Of course, the First Impression did help. Scope: looking into your question, will get back to you. |

Misunderstood. Scope's description of the troll was the same as the troll at the entrance. I *assumed* her elf companion was around as well. :D |

I am fine with it. But other than going and asking the girl to dance, I'm at a loss as to how to do so quietly. Still, he does have something to contribute, if they aren't with the Johnson.
Since he's glancing around, what roll should I make for the two "spies" to determine likely fighting ability and training based on the way they are standing and moving. (Rough capability, based on my knowledge of the martial arts. ) |

@Toras
I think One-Punch's dancing been rendered a moot point by Scope's observation that our observers are with the Johnson party. Scope or Jeremiah shoud feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I'd just pictured him kind of dancing without a partner in order to obscure the LOS to the table; it would be like having a giant, dancing, grunting wall between us and the observers. Again, probably a moot point. |

Pretty much, Pragma. Scope already drew her own conclusions about what is going on - but she has the militaristic perspective of presenting a 'unified front' - so she's not discussing it right now. Scope's POV is that the troll is definitely with the Johnsons we are talking to.
Trust me, if she thinks drek is going down, you'll find out in very, very short order. :cyber: Typically though, meet security is the Johnson's job is it not? I OOC always thought that bringing something like a white noise generator or otherwise 'doing the Johnson's job' would be a good way to insult the client. Of course, that wouldn't stop me from having certain character concepts have a white noise generator in their pocket just in case since they are tiny and completely legal - not to mention cheap. |

Wow, lots of work for me.
Redjack: [ Spoiler ] Scope Few things. First, you are right that security at a meet is typically a Johnson's job, but keep in mind that they are out-of-towners. It is possible that they don't know what they're doing. As for other things: [ Spoiler ] Toras: You do get a bonus for your martial arts knowledge skill, as 'assensing' potential opponents would be part of learning martial arts in general. So you get 7 dice to roll, which I did for you. The result: [ Spoiler ] |

[ Spoiler ] @All, You remember that 'you'll know when she thinks the drek is going down' thing? Probably gonna be soon unless something else unexpected happens. I must say that this is the most entertaining meet I've played in so far - I've got a 'player theory' as to what is going on, but unfortunately the character wouldn't come up with the same idea. |

Basically, Christophe is going to subscribe everyone's commlink to his own, so that to communicate with one another, they have to run through him. He'll then load one rating 3 Agent to scan the network over and over, looking for intruders.
Agent loadout: Analyze, Attack & Armor He will then start to actively search for the “eavesdroppers commlink node, as well as any other hidden node in the surrounding area. Here are a bunch of EW+Scan roles (Detecting Wireless Nodes). Do tell if you need more. http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1337898 Once he locates the nodes his looking for, Christophe will analyze them. Here are enough Computer+Analyze rolls to pretty much cover all basis. Depending on what he finds, he will adjust his further actions. http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1337916 |
