Can Karma be converted to :nuyen: in SR Missions?

I had one of my players ask about house rules. Are we able to implement house rules such as:
- Karma being converted to money
- New gear
- Minor tweaks to the rules (book says threshold x, we change it to y)

I imagine the answer to all of those is No, but I wanted to be sure.

Thanks!

Are you running SR Missions for people who are going to play those characters in other SR Missions with other SR Missions GMs? Then no.

If you are using SR Missions Modules as a basis for your gaming group to have fun with SR4, then you are more then welcome to do what you want.

When I run a SR Missions table one of the things I need to look over each players character sheet and missions result for stuff I need to take into account. House rules will create problems.

That's what I figured. The SR Missions web page suggests there is freedom for the GM to interpret the mod, but doesn't really go into rules. I figured that rules were out of the question.

Thanks.
