Just curious. I've used the pictures to show the runners who they're with but since there are three sections to it (pic, background, and stats), I was just wondering as to its real purpose.

Thanks.

The NPCs in the handouts section are the contacts that the PCs can earn in the adventure. (One handout for each available NPC.) Players are intended to each receive a copy of the tri-fold NPC, so that they have reference information on their new contacts.

Not that it mattered. They whacked three of the Black Cats, left the fourth unconscious at the scene along with a dead hostage and 2 other bodies not associated with the run. They did return the body to Jaron and tried to get more credits from him. Definitely a fun group :D

It did sound like a good combat, but when I ran it the group played it cool and checked things out rather than draw weapons.

Good stuff!

From what I can tell, the sheets are the shadowrun missions version of collectible cards.

And they're sized to fit into Trading card holders when folded. (The 9 cards per page binder sheets work particularly well.)

I really dig the contacts. It really is a great way to let players feel like they got something (which they did) and also to get to know the contact. The picture is a great part of it.

I think certificates of all types make living games attractive to players.
