Anyone else buy this yet?
So far, very fun combo of twitchy FPS and RPG. Not persistent enough to call it an MMO, but it's a blast. I call it Diablo:3 because the mobs and powers are all modeled after Diablo:2 but in a future version of London. |

I got it last Saturday. Freaking awesome. Got one of my marksmen to 10 last night (I don't get to play as much as I'd like).

...is this console only or is there also a PC version. Used to love playing Diablo.
And set in a futuristic London...all the better. |

I believe it's Windows-only.
I have to say, though, even if it weren't I'd be boycotting it for the obnoxious ads. ~J |

The ads I can deal with, they aren't that bad.
And yes, it's windows only. |

How does it play in Single Player Mode? For someone with good bandwidth but nasty lag Multiplayer Mode isn't really an option other then to donwload the patches and updated content.

No clue, I've only been playing online.
The demo pretty much sucked compared to the beta (and to the live online servers now). It might be better as a full retail single player release, but I haven't really bothered trying it out. |

:D Oh man, yeah. I almost can't see the game for the ads. Of which I have seen one that I can remember. An nVidia poster on the wall of a station. Tastefully blended with the rest of the scenery. I can't tell you how much time I've lost because they force me to stand around staring at the walls of buildings in the game instead of cruising around blowing the hell out of badass monsters. :grinbig: |

Dude, midi music would make that game.
Especially if it was midi of Big Pimpin'. We know from experience that such would grant the game Real Ultimate Power. My characters, if anyone ever wants to party up: Yrena (Marksman...um...10th? levelish) Yvonna (Marksman....um...12th I think?) Ytrekya (Evoker, LEVEL 4 BABY!) (all on the US server) I don't get to play much during the week, but we try to play a bit on the weekends. |

Honos, L9 Guardian
Tanka, L1 Blademaster (heh, just wanted to reserve the name) Both on Shulgoth (US). I don't play too terribly much, but I get on every so often to run a quest or two. |
