Havok: I think the game's going to have to stay at four. We've got a good dynamic going, and wedging a new character in is just going to seem forced at this point. Sorry man. If anyone ends up dropping though (which has happened, both in this game, and others. That's how DT got on board) then you're first on the list.

DT: 3 CSP way cool post. Remember that you can only use 1 point of Edge per test.
Tain was at 7 boxes physical, so that has him nice and patched.

Callidus: 1 CSP for the Fashion/Blanket idea. Nice. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Looking very good guys, keep 'em coming.

Of course. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Not that it matters in this instance, but it is important to keep in mind that the number of 'boxes' that can be healed through First Aid is limited to the higher of either the character's Skill level or the rating of the 'Medkit' used. Like I said though, it doesn't matter in this case, as Haven's 'Medkit' has a rating of 8.

Yeah, I kept that in mind, honestly it was the reason I wanted to bring Tain back to the Haven. Haven of course just wanted better facilities. I figured it would be for the best if Tain did not have to meet with Sting while also dealing with the pain. I know about the 1 edge per test thing, Did I misspeak myself somewhere? I thought it was well... murky to semi-clear that I was going to use Edge to re-roll my failures if I had failed to patch him up completely. I don't think I mentioned using edge elsewhere in the test, did I? As for the FA description, yeah, I was kind of proud of that. Most genius'have a tendency to pontificate and expound on things so... I figured the rambling monologue was appropriate. I also tried to take what I knew of the First Aid and a convert it into something that would allow you take basically make battle wounds not matter anymore.

Using Edge lets you go over the normal hit limits, the same as it does with spells. I believe.. But as Fortune said, isn't really an issue for this case, just someting to keep in mind for later.

Ah, I see what you mean now. Gah... waiting for Critias because it seems more appropriate that he end out this scene, but urge to post so strong...

Shrug. Things will pick up again soon enough if you give it a chance. Of course, Fistwich really needs to rearrange his priorities. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Sorry about that, fellas, had a pretty busy weekend. Mom and stepfather came up to visit, and my wife and I had to -- of course -- spend the whole weekend before their arrival cleaning the place up.

Nope. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Which was why I said "I think". I'll double check though, before it becomes an issue. You knwo me, always spreading these wild rumors. I should write April 1st rules reviews for Catalyst. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

On a related note: 3 CSP for Fortune and Critias - for totally un-game related comments on the stupid "Prank" thread. Some people need to lighten the hell up. THere were things I wanted to say, but you two had already said them. Thanks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Crit - I feel you on the cleaning thing. Can you believe my wife actually wanted me to dust base boards once!? The madness of it!!

It almost causes me physical pain, well it does but for other reasons, to not read those things marked as only for one player. So hard for me to leave information alone.

I know Chris *8-> MOuse finger sooooo itchy *8-> must resist *8-> Well Aero's being almost as moving-ony as I'm willing to be at the mo, as there's probably *some* Claymore/Tain/Haven/Aero team bonding thing going to happen.... like Tain bursting into a musical or Claymore punching someone.... not sure which is more likely at the mo.... which is slightly scary *8->

The way you watched it over and over and over again kind of gave that away. Ya punk. *wants to peek, but fights the urge*

Fistiana Jones, I did my math and all that junk yesterday for the character update, then just never got around to sending it to you. Your recent 3 CSP just reminded me that I've totally forgotten those, and will need to tally 'em up and spend those, too. CSP are knowledge skill only, but otherwise spend as normal, right?

Or Languages. Keep in mind that costs are 1 Karma Point (or CSP) per rating of the Knowledge Skill or Language, no matter what the current level, according to Frank's rules. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Squat and what don't actually rhyme, though. I mean, I can see some rapper trying to pull them off as a rhyme, and in so doing mispronouncing one (or both) of them...but... *shrugs* Oh well. I hadn't meant to make a rhyme, in any case.

Maybe we just have different accents, pronounce the words differently, or have a different definition of rhyming. I pronounce the latter portion of both squat and what with the same tone and inflection.

Squat Pronunciation
What Pronunciation

I do not know where the disconnection is here, but I would like to figure out what it is.

My vote is for breaking into song personally. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Crit - correct - CSP spend at the same rate as karma for Knowledge skills and language skills.

WHen you guys update your character sheets, please send me the full version, with the changes in some bold color to make it stand out easily. I've got everyone's sheets spread out over two pages of 'Inbox', so it'll be nice to have everyone in the same area.

Guys, good job on resisting the siren call of the Spoiler tag. Fortune, enjoy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
