No, we can ask him to juggle as well. Or perhaps come up with dirty lymrics, or an interesting rhyme/song with bad lyrics, record it on MP3, then link a podcast to it. Perhaps our good sir Chris could even work on The Ancients theme song! See, there's lots more we could ask for!

To be technical, he didn't actually specify any limits. Apparently he will 'try so very hard' at any task we set. Therefore, I am right ... yet again! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Offfff course you are.
( If I just agree with you, will you badger him into working on the theme song?) |

We don't need no mother-fraggin' theme song. Now, a group portrait, on the other hand ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Hmmm.. that ain't a bad idea. I'll have to think on that. I probably have good enough physical descriptions of each character to work on that .

You saying that prompted me to re-read my description of Haven and I realized that apparently it is divergent from the image in my head. IE. A poor description. The main difference is that I've given him a more broad shouldered and thick chested. Not really elf-like in build at all other than the tall.

Ah, bugger. I just realized I spent all my karma the normal way, following all the dumb rules straight out of my SR4 pdf. Dammit.
Well, on the bright side, I've got more stuff to play with, I guess. On the down side, I've gotta start over with the actual rules we'er using. *bonks his head* |

All your awarded karma or the 100 karma we started with too? Because if it is the latter, Tain suddenly got a lot more badass.

No, no, just the karma we just earned. I spent my starting stuff just fine. It'd just been long enough ago that I then forgot about the house rules we were using, and went right to my core book for how to spend karma, etc.

Ah, bugger. I just realized I spent all my karma the normal way, following all the dumb rules straight out of my SR4 pdf. Dammit. Yeah, that's why I wanted to use normal advancement rules, instead of Franks. I got ou voted though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

So, who are we waiting on? Chris No one, I posted. Currently the group has just met Slide, who asked to speak with Aero privately. As a whole, the group has no 'set' destination, although speaking with Sting seems like the next likely course. Haven, sadly, isn't gettng a lot of recognition, not being singled out in the Tain/Vixen 'spat'. Might be good for him really. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) |

Haven's Knowledge Roll
11d6.hits(5) → [2,4,5,2,4,4,4,3,5,3,4] = (2) SSG 5 + Ancients Spec 2 + 4 Int = 11 So, I kinda know about him. I'm assuming since I don't see anything about The Ebonverts in my spoiler that I don't need to roll for that? Chris |

My character's all updated except for re-reading the thread and finding all my CSP rewards. I just spent the three I just now earned, for now, and will have to go digging through here to find all the rest.
EDIT to add: and here's my die rolls. Guess I'm pretty clueless about the whole thing, fancy-schmancy new knowledge skill points or not. [ Spoiler ]

I am really surprised Tain's Ancients knowledge is so low, Crit. I mean, I know Haven is a bit over invested in the gang, but since you seem at least partially combat I would imagine most of those dice come from intuition. Anyway, just surprised that he doesn't know the ranks that well what with his plan to take the gang over and all.
Chris EDIT: You did roll Int + relevant ancients knowledge right? |

His INT is just a shade above average, and I'd basically forgotten Ancients Knowledge when I first made him (the 2 I've got in it right now, I just purchased).
