So I just wanted to toss this repository link out at you all. It doesn't have a fancy, convenient frontend at the moment, or even a proper way to invoke it from the command line (right now I mostly use it from the Python interactive console), but it will give you probability ranges that can be varied in several dimensions by the use of assorted iterables.

More when it gets updated.

I've whipped up a quick excel spreadsheet that gives probabilities of success for rolling X dice at Y TN, also gives 95% confidence intervals for expected success. Is this the kind of thing you're interested in?

Not really :) I mean, the formula yes, but the spreadsheet format is something I'm trying to avoid (among other things I'm hoping to offer this as a package that integrates into the SotSW chatserver, allowing players quick access to the probabilities of their actions).

Thanks for offering, though.
