I am very impressed with Fist's management skills. He's clearly an unsung hero here and should be rewarded. Do we have any more books to give away? Redjack's? Go ahead and send Fist that one.

Where is that 'Demote to Submember' group button at...? Or update member title to 'Dropbear PetPet'

He already got rewarded by getting a personal upgrade to version 4.0.

Well really he needed it. I mean, the old version was getting rather worn out and senile. Unfortunately, as far as I have seen so far, the upgrade doesn't seem to be totally successful though. Pity!

Mine was simply an upgrade in prettiness. Functionality remains at the same low end of the spectrum. I am pleased to report that you can expect the same half-assed, sarcastic, seldom there performance you're used to. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cyber.gif)

...So now I see a few more cosmetic changes.

For one, the current page highlight colour isn't yellow anymore which makes it eaiser to see the page number you're on.

Next, the Letter icon next to the thread title on forum contents pages is now in colour and diappears if you have read a reply. I also see there's a more visible "locked" icon as well. However the one I don't get is the red "iron cross" icon. What is that supposed to signify?

Seriously LOVE the new icons. So much easier to read and makes a quick hit to DSF a lot simpler to weed out what needs attention ASAP and what can wait.

Yeah, the icons are a definite improvement. Thanks! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The crosshairs could be seperated a bit better from the green envelope to better see them, but otherwise it works.

Great idea to have no icon at all for topics you have read already! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Bye

Love the icons, can't wait for custom. But what is there is great.

I find the forums really hard to read now. The colour contrast of the grey and white are more difficult to read than the old forums.

I really don't like sr3 and sr4 forums being combined. People are not tagging their posts, and I wind up reading about a whole bunch of stuff that I don't want to.

Logo is fine ... but too small.

The functionality you guys re-implemented in here is fantastic... big kudos for doing so.

Sorry, not for me. It worked the first few days, but not since yesterday. When I select (by clicking once on "Multiquote") two postings, the first one is un-selected when I select the second one.

So I just got logged out, probably because my router was behaving oddly.

One thing I noticed while logged out: Emoticons don't show up. You get an image source link, but no actual image.

By design or mistake?
