So, I'm looking at building a cyber/bio/gene, anything but magic based throwing character and the following question comes to mind.

What would the DV on a thrown billiard ball be? What about a baseball?

Generally Str/2 or (Str/2)-1. That's fairly universal for all thrown objects.

STR/2 P for both per Arsenal.

Short range is STR X 2 Meters, Medium is STR X 4, Long is STR X 6, Extreme is STR X 10.

Edit: Blast! Too slow.

will probably include a pair of the most pimped out cyber-arms and a cyber-torso on a troll to redline to incredible strength and something to keep the stun damage down . . if you can get throwing strength to 20 you can redline to 40 and throw things with a DV of 20 up to 400m. . basically, you've turned yourself into a catapult, mortar or something similar *g*
