There haven't been any posts in here for a while so I thought I'd add mine. I'm looking to join a game. Any game that's fun and regular. I haven't played pbp before though I've been roleplaying for over 10 years. I check the forums every day on my lunch break so should be a regular poster.
Character wise, I'm just as interested in playing non-combat characters as I am combat related (probably more interested in the non-combat) and I know that's not always something people want to do. My characters always seem to be really ambitious and have big ideas and dreams, maybe me compensating for my real life lack of ambition and desire to just play rpg's all day (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif) I've got loads of char ideas, but will make the char to fit the game so haven't written anything down. Are you interested in sr3 or sr4 strictly?
We have what looks like a player drop-out in our running Evolution game (check the IC-board). Check if the games style is your cup of tea and you can always send the GM (Bastard) a pm and offer to take over the drone rigger character (which has enormous potential if I understood the last player correctly). Well I haven't ever played 3rd edition, and have no 3rd edition material, so 4th would be preferable. That may be subject to change though.

Most GM's probably don't check in here. Your best bet would be to look for a "Recruiting thread" or failing that, an "OOC" thread and post in a inquiring as to openings.
