OK the pulse spell was introduced prior to Arsenal and a better defined EMP effects.
So does the Pulse spell effects change to fit the new EMP effects or stays the same as before? WMS |

Why would it change? It is Magic, and does not necessarily have to conform to technical standards is all its aspects. I would just leave it as it is described in Street Magic.
