I've been having a discussion with two of my friends about an issue in Shadowrun 4th edition. The core of the issue is: Is a Control Rig required to do Drone Rigging or is it only there to provide a bonus? According to the wording of the item and the method to do drone rigging it is not a required. It only provides a bonus. Am I correct in that understanding?
