...so last night at around 9:00 PDT I'm cruising along in the Community Projects forum, about to preview a post I had just written when Blammo! DS hangs for a moment after which Firefox slaps me with a Timeout error. I waited a while and tried to access DS again only to get the dreaded Timeout notice. After several more attempts I saved the Word file of the post (I back up posts in Word when I am using a wireless connection just in case I lose the signal) and gave up.

This morning when I attempted to access DS from my work computer I still received the same result. So what happened?

I was talking to Redjack earlier, and apparently they had some account/ISP issues.

From the posting times, it looks like the entire forum was out for about 12 hours. Is that right?

In his defense, normally, your pain is pretty funny.
