Finaly broke down and picked up the BBB 4th Ed. No map of North America?! Is this right or am I missing it? It's the 1st Catalyst pinting.

Wasn't sure of that issuing of the book. Was pretty sure it would be there, but I have the old FanPro Printing of the BBB.
