The Jamaican Free Zones seem to be basically extra-territorial. I couldn't find anything to suggested that the corps could get away with zero-zero policies, but that aside do you think these count as actual extra territorial holdings?

That sort of 'tax haven' thing is actually pretty popular. Malaysia offers a similar deal to overseas tech companies. But usually there are requirements about developing local communites, and the development zones usually have a sunset clause in them. The basis idea is to develop the industry, then slowly put in the real tax regime once it has legs.

I don't see anything suggesting that they are not subject to Jamaican law?
