Check it people. Throw some P90s on that sucker, and a bit of armor plating, and you've got a human tank. The dreams of everyone who's played any game with Mechs are coming true.

It is virtually impossible to create an artificial intelligence. So the robot that has prospects is one which uses the human brain itself.

Fuck yeah!

Heh. The mission: Rescue the top research scientist, who is currently being held captive by his SOTA combat exoskeleton. The powered armor is running amok somewhere relatively isolated. (Barrents, 3rd world country, NAN wilderness, whatever works for your game, but I'm thinking an urban area, populated or not, works best) Deniable assets are required because the project is either secret or illegal, so they corp doesn't want to use conventional law enforcement and/or military, or make a bigger mess involving their own people. More likely, they plan on sending their own people in only after they've sent a runner team or two in to "soften it up", i.e. exhaust some of it's rockets and other expendable resources, whom they aren't really planning to have to pay anyway. The suit has sufficient armor that anything that can disable it through damage will kill the scientist (who is, of course, absolutely vital to the project), so they'll need to use options such as burying it in rubble, etc, while avoiding it's rockets and lasers. It's made slightly easier by the scientist inside yelling things like "Look out, it's arming it's rockets!", "In order to disable it's death-ray you'll have to target the teensy tiny module in the small of its back!", and "Heeeeeeelp!" Maybe stat the thing as a drone and give it some of the nifty self-repair options from Arsenal, just in case the mage manages to get some damage in past it's absurd object resistance (remember OR goes up to 4+, the + is very important), armor, and body, so it can run away and repair. Maybe it's a cyborg. (in addition to the person wearing it, two brains are better than one)

Your players will hate you. Hmmm, I may have to use this idea myself.

I'd got for the exo, cause if it was himself then he'd have to get close to a deathray firing missile spitting, A.I. deathmech.

"here you are, Mr. J, one exoskeleton and enclosed scientist as requested. Just don't walk it through any wards or background counts higher than 4, and you're golden. Oh, and be sure to sacrifice a chicken to it every day or it will go beserk again."
