Recently we came upon a conundrum. In the book it says that controlling a nature spirit is a simple action....is controlling all spirits a simple action?
Next is it a simple or complex action to control an elemental in combat? Next, how descriptive can someone be in one round of combat to tell a spirit or elemental what to do? And is there a difference between how much and how long it takes to tell a spirit/elemental what to do? |

Giving a spirit any set of instructions is a Simple Action - it's your spirit and instructions are telepathically understood.
A spirit can and will follow those instructions without you spending actions of any kind. -Frank |
