I also used a RL Seattle Street map (i.e. where the hell is Pier 69?) I'm not sure if that was a serious question, but if it was, here's the answer. Google Maps, enter Anthony's Homeport Seattle. Click on E, that's Pier 66. Next to Olympic Sculpture Park is a really nice hotel, and next to that should be the Port of Seattle. So my best guesse (from memory) is that Pier 69 is closer to Anthony's. Either the next pier down (which is my guesse), or the other end of 66. (What constitues a "pier" is a little iffy in downtown Seattle. My ex roomate, who works for the Port, has cruise ships pull up and park practically outside her window, and their docked down at around 60 or so). Google seems to think the Port of Seattle and Pier 69 are at the same location, but the Port is its own stand alone big building. I went to prom at pier 69, but that was years ago now. At least that should narrow it down to one pier, or the other half of the other. (I'm a very landmark based driver, so if that didn't make a bit of sense, feel free to let me know.) |
