1) The book is very clear about what happens when the body or astral form dies, but nothing on being KOed. The way I see it the magicians astral form would be "disrupted" like a spirit, which would kick it back to it native plane ie physical. Mean that getting KOed would just send you back to your body unconscious. Thoughts?

2) Is it in fact RAW that if an astrally projecting mage get's mana static-ed to 0 magic they should instantly die because they are over there time limit on astral projection? Seem crazy harsh, but clear cut

You should probably use the rules for Damage suffered in Mana Voids in Street Magic, p119.
