So when you imagine someone redlining a cyber-limb what do you imagine is going in game?

IMO:
STR-Pretty straight forward. Out putting more power than the system can actually handle
AGL-I can see moving to faster than joints can safely decelerate, reving up tension to react quicker
BOY-... I got nothing.

Any thoughts, or this something to black box?

Strength: Watch the original ghost in the shell movie.
Agility: The gears and joints operate above safe speeds.
Body: The liquids and synthetic materials pressurize and stiffen up, creating a harder surface to break, but compromising the systems flexibility.
