I am really glad to see things getting back into gear! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Should be very interesting to see where it goes - do they give out "DUIs" in space? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif) Good to hear Hal will be along to keep the ship flying straight if Fae should ever find herself in a pickle! At least, that's the theory! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Congrats, also, to Gray. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

This is a very active group, and I love that. If I ever get too slow again, feel free to give me a verbal kick in the pants.
QUOTE Congrats, also, to Gray. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Thank you ! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Oh I'll go through patches of activity. I'm working tweleve hour rotating shifts. Which is a pain in the hindquarters.
And everyone feel free to notice JJ's pimpin suit and hat. Piccy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) It sticks out like a sore thumb in the Eavesdown docks. |

Well I have just read thru the IC so far and have to say this is going to get very interesting RP wise. If Fae is a drinker, I can so see her bumping heads with Hal. Expecially since he is first mate and an experienced pilot. I figured he may come across at times as a PO'd Zoe with a corn cob up her butt when it comes to crew discipline so let me know Karaden if I offend in the roleplay. I'm sure it won't be a problem, I know how to treat IC RP as IC RP and not take it personally. When making Fae I completely expected these sorts of things anyway. Lush could be the least of the words used to describe her... or perhaps not, all in good time. |

Great, I enjoy it when I can have truthful character interaction without stepping on toes and ending up with a mad player and PC-PC combat.

Great, I enjoy it when I can have truthful character interaction without stepping on toes and ending up with a mad player and PC-PC combat. If there is PC-PC combat it'll be because you made Fae (exceptionally) mad, not me. Of course that also means that while I'll hold no grudge for calling her lush or a drunkard or whatever else, Fae might. Even if you did make her mad enough for PC-PC 'combat' it would be more along the lines of what Jayne would do as opposed to what Saffron would do for example. Of course just how comforting that is... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) |

Looks like something from the Mask... awesome To be totally honest I was simply surfing the net looking for silk suit prices so I could convert to credits. I spotted that suit and the whole look and hat just screamed JJ to me. That combined with whole cane thing makes JJ look like a stereotypical 70's pimp. |

Sorry guys... rotten day at work today. They gave my promotion to somebody else, and I almost quit. I don't want my foul mood to spill into the game. Let me get my head on straight, and I'll post up in the morning... on company time. Goes to show what 8 years of faithful loyal service with exemplary performance reviews is worth to my boss... almost exactly... nothing.

As they say, it isn't about working hard... it's about kissing ass.
Ok, so they don't say that, but it is very true. [very long rant deleted] Sorry to hear life decided to smack you, hope you don't take it too hard. |

I'll get over it. I just didn't want my foul mood to show up in IC postings. And not really in OOC either, but I had to vent. Thanks, everyone.

We lost a guy on our team who was already doing the work of 4 people... Suck it up... Started at 0700, just half-finished a change record... Time to polish the resume...

Resume is polished (that's kinda what I did yesterday morning). I'm salary, so technically it's 7.5 hour shifts that end up being 10 hours half the time. Sorry. We had production issues yesterday afternoon, and I fell asleep last night really early. I put the IC post in this morning. No one needs wonder why we choose to play games... I haven't slept in coming up 38 hours- been busy with university- hence the lack of posting of late. Before that I was having some epic adventures across the face of Europe. Soon I sleep, but can't quite yet.

P.S. How is my drunk? Is it understandable? Does it convey drunkenness properly, or just an annoyance? You know, besides the annoyance of your new pilot being drunk.
