Found this page for creating Japanese names, so instead of reading from the back of Anime tapes, you can use this thin now!

Also, for those that missed it when it was posted here a few times, check out this site for creating random names based on US census data.

Hi

For names from different countries just try the name list from the official german SR-page.

Yes, it's in german, but the list is easy to translate:
Europäische Namen = european names
Asiatische Namen = asian names
Amerikanische Namen = american names
Afrikanische Namen = african names
Australische Namen = australian names
Sonstige Namen = other names
Straßennamen = street names

The names of the countries shouldn't a problem either:
As Example:
Frankreich = France
Italien = Italy
Russland = Russia
and so on...

Oh, and:
weibliche Vornamen = female first names
männliche Vornamen = male first names
Nachnamen = surnames

If there are still questions, just ask.
