Looking forward to this pdf expansion to Street magic, ever since it was first mentioned in one of the chats.
Any chance we could get some info about some of the content of Digital Grimoiret? Can we expect new traditions, spells, spirits, threats or something completely else? How many pages long do you figure it will be? Maybe I've missed an official post regarding this. If someone has read/heard something about it plz post the info here ty. Does anyone know if there are any other plans of releasing other pdf expansions to some of the other core books? |

Digital Grimoire will include a handful of new traditions (including a "Psionic" tradition), a couple of magical groups, new metamagical foci, several examples for Street Magic rules, some more Magical Threats information, and a small selection of new spells and adept powers. It is intended as a direct complement to Street Magic and includes some of the material we simply didn't have space for in the hardcopy.

Well, nothing quite like the spoorn folder...there are some limits to what will see print...but there are some bits in magical threats and spells I enjoyed writing and think you will enjoy playing with...or against.

How much of this is entirely new stuff? And how much is stuff ported from earlier editions of SR? (Not that I can think of much that got left out... tho Psionics would be one. Maybe the wild hunt? Or ghosts?)
I hope that someone asks more about this tomorrow. That is, if there's anything more CG is willing to reveal. Alas, my computer does not work with the BC forum. Or better, yet, I hope there's a surprise announcement and Digital Grimoire is released after the discussion! I love me some magic. |

It is all 100% new to SR4; maybe 20% can be traced back to material from earlier editions that's being reintroduced, but most of that has been substantially expanded and altered. |
