Frankenstien Reborn, Alternatives to cyberzombies Options

So i'm playing in a campaign where my character is a magic using doctor with quetionable morals. I was wondering if people could contribute ideas to make a "frankenstein's monster" in shadowrun. I know a cyberzombie is practically this but i think there are other ways to achieve this, like using a drone rigger to make a bad ass robot and possesing this. Basically i was wondering if i could get ideas about crossing the line man was never meant to cross by combining magic and technology in new interesting ways.

there, an insane "Scientist"(he was, in reality, only the son of some rich guy and stuck on a bad Frankenstein BTL) took parts from shapeshifters and tried to reanimate them, after having sewn them together as he saw fit . . only reason it DID work was an shadow spirit just happening to be curious and close by. Said spirit taking possesson if the Corpus Delicti and thus making it habeam corpus animatus

Posession traditions and possibly the Corpse Cadavre/Living Doll optional rule. Kill a lot of guys, patch different people together, and summon a spirit to posess it (spirit of Man might end up being the guys' collective murdered ghosts rolled into one spirit).

Also, look into the Inhabitation rules.
