IIRC, cyberware that can be accessed externally does not normally have wireless. I remember reading that line in the BBB or Arsenal. IIRC, they even exampled it talking about Cyberlimbs (not) and Wired Reflexes (does). I also remember reading in the same area that the bone coatings only had RFID tags.
