Having something that explicit in a book would make store owners balk.

Start reading the new World of Darkness fluff.

What? He just gave you text for something for your runners to jack from a Corporate Wife's husbands computer files? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

What? I'd use it for that!

Old WoD had a separate publishing arm called Black Dog (as opposed to White Wolf, which did the rest of their stuff). It released some pretty dark and gritty stuff, with fairly graphic descriptions of undead copulation and torture, among other things. Not all that extreme, but not the kind of stuff you'd want minors reading.

I've no idea whether White Wolf still release any stuff as Black Dog, since I've not bought any of the new WoD stuff.

one of the books had the hero was a call girl who ends up fighting vampires (blessedly the title of that drek has fade from my mind) but it didn't go into any such details as AH did here.

Urgh. Wasn't that the book with lesbian cyber vampires?

Black Dog seems an interesting idea, given that SR has a large percentage of adults following it by now.

Also, as for maturity ratings: DeGenesis (especially the artwork). Also published by CGL in English, IIRC.

Naw, I just love K10 because he comes along in threads and drops these random little pieces of fiction and fluff that are always just soaking with cyberpunk and noir feeling. Drive-by fluff.

Oh c'mon. That was one of my favorite SR novels. I actually emailed the author with my thoughts on the novel after having read it and he actually emailed me back thanking me for my comments. Although I had one or two points of criticism overall I told him that it had been one of my favorite SR novels.

I must be the only one who does not remember those stripper ninjas. I read the book, and I adapted the plot for a run in my group, but for the life of me, I don't really recall anything about the cast other than it had deVries.
