If quick draw adept power reduces threshold by 2... and quick draw holster reduces threshold to 2.. Does that mean that target number is now 0??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/talker.gif)

You must have misread, awolfromlife. The adept power as well as the holster decrease the threshold to 2, neither one lowers it by 2. So a quick draw holster would not benefit a character with the quick draw power.
On the other hand an adept could put his weapons into concealable holsters and still have a threshold of only 3. Additionally the adept can quick draw an assault cannon or a battleaxe. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ork.gif) |

if the Quick Draw adept power reduces the threshold to 2, wouldn't that also apply to a concealable holster? The holster would modify the threshold...and then the power would reduce it to 2.
