Can characters have attribute values drop below 1? What happens if someone with a Logic of 1 drops some eX, which gives a -1 to your Logic?

In previous editions, the person would become incapacitated, regardless of which physical or mental attribute it was, until their attribute returned to a positive number. Like a coma.
Check aournd page 199, SR4, under the Decrease (Attribute) Health Spell. |
