im having an extremely hard time finding the 4th ed rules for the magnification scope.

what exactly how are they working in 4th. in 3rd they lowered the target number for long distance shooting.

In the Ranged Combat section see the part headed Attacker Using Image Magnification in SR4A it is p150. SR4 p.141.
