What it says above really.

In Sr3 p295/6 it says chips are 2x3x1cm and 5 :nuyen: per Mp

Would there be any theoretical upper limit to the Mp in an OMC and would the size increase if the Mp got very large?

most likely there is no upper limit, alltho when the pathways on the chip have gotten so small that a beam of light can barely fit it will have to grow outwards. how many MP that will give i dont care to guess about :)

Just FYI, the price of optical memory chips dropped to 0.5 :nuyen: per MP in the 12th printing of the main book. See p. 296 update in errata.
