Trying to remember where this rule is, that says (I believe in Matrix) you can't use a Mainframe and a Programming Suite for combiding dice on programming.

Though obviously this is for SR3... Page 118 of Unwired (for SR4) under Nexus Programming implies that you cannot use both a programming suite and a Nexus Programming Environment at the same time...
