 Can SURGE be taken more then once? |

I did a search and couldn't find if this question been asked before or not so Can you take the SURGE quality more then once? |

No.
You can increase your SURGE level, if it was below 3 & your GM feels circumstances warrant (aka Mana Surge or similar event). Further, you are not restricted to only the points granted by SURGE for metagenetic qualities - once you take SURGE at any level, metagenetic qualities are available for normal purchases. |
