I know most people are playing 4th edition, but my group has decided to stay with 3rd when we recently started up again. My issue is I used to use a program by Mike Hartman. i think it was just SRCG. Does anyone have a copy of this ? I ask only because this was the only program that I could use to also design cars.

Unfortunately SRCG was banned by FASA back in 2002 or 2003. I searched the web but all links are dead. You could use NSRCG instead (my sig contains a download-link). You can add your own vehicles easily via DATeditor.
