I've created an IRC chat channel for the discussion of shadowrun and other pen-and-paper RPGs. You can get there by firing up your favorite IRC client, connecting to the Freenode server (http://freenode.net/) and joining the channel "##penandpaper", or going to the Freenode java chat applet and typing in "##penandpaper" for the channel and the nickname of your choice.
