Hello all, I recently picked up Shadowrun 4th ed, I took it to my gaming group, but it received a very mixed response and it's unlikely to be looked at again.
I like the look of the game, and would hate for it to join the pile of unwanted RPGs in my room. (I believe BattleTech RPG has been in that pile for a long time)
I would like to play a game and learn more about the setting, where would you guys suggest I begin? (other than here of course (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )

I apologise if I'm being vague, I'm not quite sure how to express what I want to say without sounding rude, demanding, going off on a rant or just plain making no sense, I'm just looking for a pointer in the right direction.

Thanks

Guess I'll have to stick with PBP games for the time being, I'm an ocean away from most of you.

The DS population is global, so you can quite easily find people from all over.

There are a fair number of Shadowrun games held on OpenRPG. The availability of new games, or ongoing games which are recruiting, however, is contingent on the willingness of GMs.
