It Sounds like about 90% of the people who OWN a Computer . .
Why is it you need a license to drive cars and use guns, but not Computers? <.<

Heh, i could have sworn there are people that would want to remove the license on both, but thats probably going to light a powder keg...

As of a license on a computer, good luck putting the genie back into the lamp...

Tho is guess it could "work" if one provided a cheap, unlicensed web and media terminal...

Hmm, anyone see a parallel to the cyberterm vs the cyberdeck?

The Trend is ACTUALLY Going there.
One central Server in the household, everything else is just multimedia control and a bit websurfing.
Maybe some with office and the such. At least for the Majority of OWNERS. No, not Users. OWNERS.
