If a Vodoo mage has a ally spirit, can he use a snake as one vessal, and pay the extra karma for another vessal to allow it to still possess enemies. Also, to have the spirit mount him, is that another vessal? From my reading, I'm confused as to how living vessals work w/ the Ally, whether any living vessal counts as one form or not.

The form only counts if it is a Material or Inhabitation spirit. Posession spirits need not apply, although they need a vessel at the time of the summoning.
