This may very well be me seizing on some insignificant detail that I should correct mentally -- but on p. 24 it discusses NeoNET and lists Caerleon (Celedyr's joint) as being in Scotland. Is there another city named Caerleon, or should I just read it as Wales?
BTW, in my reading of The Mabinogion, I come across a fellow named Kyledyr Wyllt (Anglicized to Celedyr, I suppose). The 'Wyllt' epithet makes him a 'wild man' and puts him in the same category as the original versions of Merlin or Lailoken. |
